Request Help

Request Help button

You can request help through the Request Help button at the top of the Conductor admin screens. However please note that we will need your FOAPAL since you will be charged for a minimum of 15 minutes for any inquiries, unless you are reporting an actual bug within the system. The policy regarding web support can be found on the Marketing Communications website.
